At the FX Performance Center, our one-on-one Functional Training and Corrective Exercise programs deliver high-level, individualized coaching led by clinically trained, highly qualified performance staff. This is not generic personal training. Each session is built around your movement profile, goals, and physical demands, providing focused, hands-on guidance to help you build strength, improve efficiency, and reduce injury risk.

Corrective exercise is strategically integrated to address movement dysfunctions, imbalances, and compensations identified during your evaluation. By improving mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control, we create a strong foundation that allows you to safely progress into higher-level strength and performance training.

Our approach blends advanced exercise science with clinical insight to deliver precise, results-driven programming. Personalized Restoration Plan

Based on your evaluation, we collaborate with you to develop an integrated training plan built around your specific goals and performance needs. Your program is primarily executed one-on-one in clinic, where we guide strength development, movement quality, and progression, with optional home or gym-based protocols provided to support consistency between sessions. This approach ensures you receive hands-on coaching and accountability while still having the flexibility to continue making progress outside the clinic.

One-on-One Treatment Sessions

Our one-on-one training provides fully individualized coaching with complete attention on your movement quality, strength development, and performance goals. Each session is customized in real time, allowing your clinician to adjust exercise selection, intensity, and progression based on how your body responds. This format offers the highest level of precision, accountability, and hands-on guidance to accelerate results while ensuring safe, efficient movement.

Small Group Training
(3–5 people)

 Our small group training option delivers structured, goal-oriented programming in a focused environment of three to five participants. While each individual follows a personalized progression, sessions are conducted in a supportive, performance-driven setting that promotes motivation and consistency. This model maintains professional coaching oversight and individualized adjustments while offering a collaborative training atmosphere.
